About Us

Erin O'Leary Stewart
Founder, Creator, Fitness Trainer, Baker.

Welcome to my world. I love food, flavor and yes, fitness. I eat food, cook food, heat, boil and bake. I wine. I dine. I nibble. I nosh. I'm a foodie residing in the heart of the West Village who spent my first New York years working for top restaurateurs. I have to dedicate my passion for fine dining and good eats to these higher-ups. Ironically I came to the Big Appple for a career in dance and also suffer from many food sensitivites. Dance made me realize that my body was a tool and healthy eating and living can meaningfully impact your way of life. I have learned and continue to master the importance of health and well-being and the effect that food has on both the mind and the body. It is these things, my love for delectable dishes and my passion for fitness and health, that has led me to where I am today. I have found a way to eat well, enjoy food and live a strong, active life through movement and cooking and I want to share it with others.

The heart of the matter is that I cannot live without chocolate and indulgent bites. I have one major sweet tooth! I created O'Cookies, my original line of decadent healthy treats, so there is something that I can enjoy and properly digest without the stomach aches that I had growing up. Sans the excess, and all of the gooey goodness, my cookies are made with only the finest and natural ingredients. Low in fat with some dairy-free options, cookie monsters of all kinds will enjoy my bites!

I am currently an instructor at Physique 57. If you are in the New York area, stop in to take my class! You can also follow my trials and triumphs in the kitch through my blog The Way the Cookie Crumbles. Please leave your comments in the section located at the bottom of each post. I love to hear what you all have to say!

About Us

Jaimie Zohar
Pastry Chef, Baker, Expert Snacker, Health-nut.

Not long after moving to New York from South Florida, Jaimie started her journey into the world of natural gourmet and a healthy lifestyle. After a few years of training under some heavy hitters in the New York restauranteur scene, she began to realize that her passion was combining classic good eats with a healthy alternative. After developing food allergies Jaimie's passion was fueled even more to ensure that others were getting their sweet fix without missing out on taste. Graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education for Baking and Pastry Arts and the Vegan Baking Boot Camp at the Natural Gourmet Institute, she now had a platform of knowledge in the traditional and alternative arts of culinary.

Jaimie's favorite motto is "Let your food be your medicine, not your medicine be your food." She believes anything can be healed holistically, and it all starts with nutrition. You can always find her busy in the kitchen coming up with ways to feel good and love the flavors that combine for perfection. Throw a big sweet tooth in the mix and VOILA! That's Jaimie in a healthy nutshell.
